Modular Screening Panels

Inspired by the unique challenges faced by our customers, our screen aperture designs have become increasingly sophisticated over the years. With 12 different aperture options to choose from, each aperture shape is engineered to address specific application challenges and deliver the required screening performance with precise specifications. Our designs can be further customized according to your material characteristics, screening conditions, and process requirements.

Square

Provides excellent passage for muddy and fine material while helping prevent long, flat particles from passing through.

Round

Provides wider bridges and edge margins, increasing panel strength and wear life. Ideal for top-deck screening and heavy-duty applications.

Blind

Designed to protect areas exposed to severe impact and high abrasion. Suitable for integrated discharge openings and high-wear hot spots.

VR

Allows the bridges to flex and release pegged material. Ideal for applications with a high proportion of similarly sized particles.

Slotted

Long, continuous slots provide improved drainage and wear life along the material flow path. Ideal for top-deck screening and magnetite recovery. Particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications and static chute applications.

Fishbone

Angled slots are designed to increase drainage rate and throughput while reducing pegging and the passage of oversize material.

8VR

Figure-eight-shaped slots create secondary movement within the material bed. Designed to reduce pegging in primary scalping applications while maintaining high wear life.

Slotted

When aligned parallel to the material flow, slots increase drainage capacity. When positioned perpendicular to the flow, they help reduce pegging and the passage of oversize material.

Continuous Slot

A long-life alternative to profile wire screens. Ideal for precise particle sizing and high-volume wet applications requiring rapid drainage. Particularly suitable for muddy material passage, drainage, and rinsing in wet screening applications.

Surface Features

Surface features are structural additions to the screening media designed to improve screening efficiency and optimize material flow.
They can either be bolted directly onto the panel or incorporated through injection molding. Certain design limitations may apply.

01

DAMS

Partitions designed to slow material flow, build bed depth, and assist material stratification. Available in 25 mm, 50 mm, and 75 mm heights. Larger dams are available upon request.

02

FLOW BARS

A series of low-profile bars oriented according to the direction of material flow. They help control material movement and improve stratification in wet and dry fine-sizing applications.

03

SLIDE BARS

A series of long, narrow bars oriented in the direction of material flow. They help prevent large particles from blocking the apertures, improving screening efficiency while providing additional material support and wear protection.

04

FLOW DIRECTORS

Small raised features added along the edges of the panel to direct material flow across the apertures. Designed to improve screening efficiency and material distribution.

05

DEFLECTORS

Angled dams designed to redirect high-volume material flow. Typically installed at the discharge end to guide material toward chutes.

06

HELICAL FLIGHTS

Designed for trommel screening applications. Helical flights help slow down and guide material flow through the screening media.

Dewatering Screen Panels

Mekapol dewatering screen panels are engineered to provide effective solid-liquid separation in sand, aggregate, and mineral processing applications. Their highly abrasion-resistant polyurethane construction provides long service life and reliable performance under demanding operating conditions.
Specially designed apertures and flow channels enable rapid drainage, reducing material moisture content and improving overall process efficiency. Our panels can be manufactured to suit different dewatering screen systems and configurations.

Tensioned Screen Panels

Designed for installation using tensioning systems, these panels provide optimum tension and stable operation across large screening surfaces. Their flexible construction absorbs heavy impact loads, while specially formulated polyurethane compounds provide extended service life. Application-specific designs help reduce pegging and support continuous material flow, delivering high performance under demanding mining conditions.

Trommel Screen Panels

Specifically designed for rotary trommel screening machines, our panels provide an accurate fit to cylindrical screening surfaces.
Wear-resistant polyurethane formulations and optimized panel geometry deliver extended service life in high-volume applications.
By supporting continuous and consistent material flow, our trommel panels help maintain screening efficiency and stable process performance.

Scrapers

Clean Belts. Continuous Flow.

Designed to achieve maximum belt cleanliness with minimal material loss, our polyurethane belt scrapers combine high abrasion resistance with flexibility to protect conveyor belt surfaces while delivering reliable cleaning performance. Their optimized pressure profile helps reduce material carryback, extend belt service life, and maintain continuous process flow.

Flotation Components – Rotors & Stators

The Right Mix. Higher Separation Efficiency.

Developed to enhance mineral separation performance in flotation cells, our rotors and stators are manufactured using specially formulated polyurethane compounds with high chemical resistance. Their hydrodynamically optimized design promotes effective mixing and bubble dispersion, helping improve process stability and flotation performance.

Wear Plates

Maximum Protection in the Most Demanding Areas

Our polyurethane wear plates are designed to protect critical areas exposed to impact and abrasion throughout the plant. Available in different hardness levels and thicknesses, they provide reliable protection for equipment surfaces, helping reduce maintenance frequency, minimize downtime costs, and significantly extend equipment service life.
